1. Agreement to Terms
By using Cluttapp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- Provide accurate information in your listings
4. Payments and Commissions
Cluttapp charges a 5% commission fee on successful sales. This fee is automatically deducted from the final sale price. Upon successful completion of a sale, payment will be held by Cluttapp until the buyer confirms satisfaction with the item. If the buyer is satisfied, the payment (minus commission) will be released to the seller. If there are any issues, the payment may be refunded to the buyer.
